Used to be my favorite place in Tiffin, but it’s definitely gone down hill. Last 3 times I’ve had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes after their estimated time, and each time they messed something up. Ask for well done and got barely done. Pretty sure they didn’t even start my order until I pulled up. So sad…

Lady on the phone said that speciality pizzas are topped the same as regular pizzas. I asked if I could just get a one-topping chicken pizza with BBQ since it would be cheaper. She said “I guess you can” and then when I tried to order she said “but if you want BBQ, I’ll have to charge you for a specialty”…. Why would anyone spend more money for less toppings lol. BBQ sauce shouldn’t be a “premium “ ingredient on a pizza.

It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had but it is still really good pizza and garlic cheese bread (on pizza dough). They are kind of pricey in my opinion and the location kind of sucks because we had to hold up traffic while we waited to turn in but that’s all thanks to covid because you have to utilize the drive thru, not at any fault to them.

First time I have ordered from jac & dos in tiffin. A small pizza to be delivered. We were told about 45 minutes. I called to check on our pizza after an hour and was told it was on it’s way. The pizza finally showed up about an hour and a half later…. Delivery sucked pizza was ok.
