I did not care very much for the steak here and the prices are a bit much compared to the area. However, I’d still give it 4 stars because the staff was very polite, the location was convenient and the mashed potatoes were incredible. Some of the best mashed potatoes I ever had. I ever warmed up the leftovers the next day and they still tasted amazing.

Went to Jack Binion’s to kick off date night with dinner and drinks. We were seated exactly at our reserved time. Cory provided exceptional service! Started with the best cheese curds with spicy marinara that I’ve ever had! Enjoyed a perfectly prepared NY Strip for dinner with a side of bacon crumbles and asparagus. Will definately be visiting again!

We stopped in around 8:30 with no reservation and got a table with the best server Frankie. The restaurant cleared out and we had the place to ourselves which made the experience even better. Frankie recommended some incredible picks and made the night for us after a long emotional day. The steak was delicious and the side portions were enormous. I would definitely go again if I’m ever in Omaha again.

We have eaten at JB’s many times and we were very disappointed with our meal. The prime rib was very tough, the garlic mashed potatoes were barely warm and the pork chop was so so. The meat was too salty and now you have to pay for bread. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We don’t plan to return.

Jack Binion’s Steak House (at Horseshoe Casino) in Council Bluffs, Iowa, was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long while! All 4-courses of this meal were absolutely fantastic! The tables were all very clean and the guests seated according to social-distancing guidelines (as of Feb 2021). Jacob – our server was very attentive and friendly. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this dining experience. I will definitely return to this restaurant on my next visit. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Jack Binions! My husband and I have been going here for date nights about once or twice a year, for a couple of years now. The food is amazing! The staff is always friendly and professional! The deserts are really good as well!! The meals are served a la carte and the sides are served family style. You do have to walk through the casino floor to get to the restaurant, so children or not allowed and they do allow smoking on the casino floor which can either be a plus or a downside to anyone. I really enjoy the atmosphere once you get into the restaurant, with its dim lighting and velvety decor. I will keep coming back to enjoy a great dinner and the cozy atmosphere!

As much as I want Jack binion’s to be the better steak house between the two, 360 is a consistently better experience. Binion’s is more expensive and a la carte, and does not generally bring out bread before the meal, ok fine not a problem but because of that I would expect a better experience than 360. In this particular instance I asked for medium-rare and my steak came out well done, bartender left for 5 minutes so by the time he came back I was almost done, so yeah I ate it, but a discount or free desert would have been nice to make up for getting the wrong steak – and not just off a little but the opposite of what I ordered. The wedge salad and in particular the balsamic dressing were really good. Probably going back to 360 next time. Again it wasn’t a bad experience, just details. But details 360 seems to always get right and it’s less expensive.
