First time visiting Jack in the Box and will likely be that last. I decided to order tacos.. all 4 of then were dripping grease! It appeared as if they were cooked once left out for hours then cooked again when I ordered them. In addition they had sliced American cheese instead of Shredded cheddar, which I did inquire about before ordering and was told they had “cheese” on them, so i took a chance and got disappointed. My family and I had several questions about the menu to which she had no answers nor did she try to ask anyone else either. When I took the tacos to her to show her how greasy they were she said “yeah that is how they are supposed to be because we deep fry them” I mean surely this is not standard. I couldn’t eat them due to the excessive grease and was not even offered an alternative. The restaurant was completely dead and now I can see why. If you are visiting Charlotte don’t waste your food budget here, you will be disappointed because it’s not good and not cheap.

Then he tells me no dine in (only drive thru), and then got a major attitude with me when I questioned the hours and posted business hour signs. At the Jack in the box on Westinghouse in Charlotte at 7:48pm on June 28th and went to the drivethru. I was told that they were only taking online orders. Asked how to place one they said online at jackinthebox I assume they meant .com. I proceeded to attempt to place a order and was told I needed to leave the drive thru because it made it appear as if they weren’t doing there job. I asked why that would be and the female employee answered they wouldn’t serve me even if I did order online. I told her I would be leaving a review and she replied she didn’t care. Hopefully this reaches someone that does.

I can’t tell you the name of the person that was at the drive through. He deserves 5 stars, well 10 if we are being honest. Putting in reviews , how often do we judge a place based off of one bad experience/ new employee/ or user error. Give them a chance? Were you not young once learning your way?
