I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and spicy popcorn chicken twice off the DoorDash app. I never received the spicy popcorn chicken either times and they never canceled the item but thankfully DoorDash refunded me after going to the help portion. And I tried calling the restaurant 10 times didn’t answer any of the times. Just bad business and company in my opinion and it’s my first times having jack in the box.

Our server who took our order seemed like he didn’t really want his job . He took our order but couldn’t really answer any questions we asked him about the menu. My little girl ordered the #14 which is nuggets & curly fries & a drink , her fries were old & had been left under the heat lamp for too long & were not good. My food was ok I got the new quad burger combo & my fries were better than the ones that my little girl got . My other half ordered the loaded mini tacos combo & they didn’t even try to make it even close to looking presentable or even close to making it appetizing. The meat on my burger was so thin but at least it was prepared well & not burnt or raw, it was juicy & not dry. My fries were not overly salty they were just right. The dining room needed to be cleaned & tables wiped down & the drink station needed to be cleaned.

I don’t usually do this and I understand how hard it is working in the fast food industry but my door dash order was severely messed up. My burger was thrown In the box upside down with no cheese or anything. there was no cheese on my tacos and I got regular fries instead of curly. Usually I add it up to a mistake but it really seems like this was done on purpose with how much my order was messed up. I tried to call twice and they didn’t pick up. So im left with leaving this review, please try better jack in the box team

I went through the drive through( on my way to work)which I had to wait 15 minutes to order. #6413(order #102). I received food that was returned. When I noticed this, I tried calling back several times, no one answered the phone. This is the worst Jack In The Box.

TERRIBLE! Came to order food around 7pm yesterday to be told “hold on a minute” at the speaker, which is fine. (Even though that’s not customer service, which includes greeting a customer, even in a drive thru) After waiting a few minutes I say “hello” to be ignored, so I sat there for another minute. Then I decided to pull through to see there’s one car at the window, ONE. Jack In The Box needs to do better. Here’s a picture of your employees vehicles, I’d say they need better training. Food is always good, but customer service at the window is not.
