This Jack in the Box has really up their game, and I’m assuming bc of new management or ownership!! I frequently tried this Jack in the Box over the course of 4 years, and every time it was horrible: service, cold food, half empty feet boxes (photo from 2 years ago). I love Jack in the box, so I kept hoping for different results… This location seemed to have closed for about 3 months in 2022 and reopened sometime in 2023. When it reopened, it’s been nothing but amazing! Complete 180 from before! If you had a bad experience with this Jack in the Box 6 months ago or longer, then you need to try it now because it has completely changed! I left a one star review a few years ago, changing it to five stars now!

No one running the restaurant at 3pm on a Monday. No sign on the doors or drive thru speaker, google maps says open, but literally no one is inside working. Wasted 10 minutes of my lunch break expecting someone to reply at the speaker. There are countless other reviews for this location recently saying the same thing, but nothing’s being done about it and the owner just keeps replying asking to fill out a form or survey to escalate the issue. Obviously this is just to keep up public appearances, but in reality whoever is managing this location needs to either get their act together or sell the lot to a company that will actually provide a service during business hours.

Always went to this location over others in Greenville for many years, I placed an online pick up order the other night through doordash, the store confirmed the order, prepared it, and marked it as complete. Upon arrival, the worker told me they never received the order. I asked why they confirmed it then and he had nothing to say. I told him I would call doordash support. The moment I pulled away from the drive through window, my order was immediately canceled without me doing anything on my side, which means the restaurant canceled it. I’ve had quality issues in the past when placing orders and this was a final chance I’ve given. I miss when this place was great back in 2010-2012

The drive thru was a decent experience, it’s the food. The 10 piece nuggets, the color made them look like jalapeno poppers and they were tiny not worth 5.+ dollars. The “Tacos” were not edible see pictures…I would not let me son eat them gross!!!Keep in mind they are supposed to be hard shell tacos. How can they serve that???!!!!!!
