I ordered 3 tiny taco packs (15 tacos in each pack). Only got two orders of tiny tacos and had to go back for the others. When I got home I opened the creamy avocado lime sauce and realized they were all bad (as shown in picture) and 1 of the orders of tiny tacos only had 12 in it. I’m so disappointed with my visit as I usually get pretty good service here. At least the staff was friendly.

This was the best quality food I have ever gotten from any Jack I have been to. I ordered a buttery Jack and curly fries. Their downfall was their bathroom and service, they weren’t rude and the tables were clean, but it was hard to order just what I ordered and had to receive a refund because it wasn’t clear to them what I ordered and charged my incorrectly. Easiest thing they can do to improve the experience would be to check the bathrooms more often than they do and maybe go through and coach employees on better order taking. Like I said earlier, the food was on point and was the best of any Jack.

I ordered off the app and that part was fine then when I got to the restaurant I decided to order a few things more. I paid for the extra items and when I got home and looked in the bags I did not receive them. Tried Calling the restaurant and forget it. I have tried for the last hour to get them to pick up so this was not one of the better goes at Jack in the box. Another thing that surprised me I got charge for a glass of water really?

We drove off without our food. Waited in the drive thru for 20minutes, after repeating our order literally 6 or 7 times into the speaker, just to have them not know our order and continue to ignore us sitting at the window. We can’t believe a business can afford to operate like this these days. We would recommend you go somewhere else.

Great customer service, but somebody may need to contact the health department in regards to sanitary only person had gloves on was the fryer. No hair nets, gloves been used. Found multiple pieces of hair in my food. Supervisor Jean was multi-tasking the register, & bagging food checking boxes, than going back handling cash. I’m not the one to complain because I’ve given them 2 chances but this is a strike out for me now that I have seen this in person.

I would give 1/2 star if it would let me. After having to REPEAT the order 3 times they still screwed it up. Got no receipt. The window cashier wouldn’t reach out the window made me stretch to pay. Had no soy sauce or coffee. I’ve ate at several jack in the box across the US but this place was by far the worst fast food restaurant i’ve ever been to.

I ordered 4 tacos which 3 of them were ok but the last one was just the shell and very little meat inside. Also it had no lettuce. The large coke light ice tasted gritty like something on the soda fountain need to be cleaned. I also ordered 2 jumbo jacks that tasted dry and they forgot my cheese.

Hit or miss for a late night bite to eat. Sometimes you’ll wait 20 minutes or more before even being addressed at the drive thru. Sometimes the food is wonderful. Sometimes it’s overcooked or doesn’t look fresh.

First time eating here in a while and wow was the food amazing! The portions are very big and delicious and there not that expensive! They have a pretty wide variety of sandwiches and wraps and there fries are great! It’s very nice inside some are kinda like an old school diner design with old pictures of Jack in the box which I thought was very cool! Over all a very great decision for food!
