I am so thankful this Jack is still here. Others in the area have closed. The service at this one is by far better than any other I have been at. The people are kind, they don’t rush you, and they don’t make you feel bad if you have a big order. I have never had an issue with our orders, and the food is always hot.

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this store I was picking up two door dash orders one was easily filled the second the said had already been picked up but this customer ordered again because his first order was missing items instead of just filling this order they tried to have the customer jump thru hoops that they already jumped thru I had to inform them that this order was for the missing food items once more I waited over a half hour just to get this customer’s order the part that upsets me most is I did not receive a apology for this terrible service I understand that they we’re training new staff and of the bad state that the food service industry is in right now but it is no excuse for this poor see due to lack of communication and foremost a lock of even a simple apology would have made me not even post a review I couldn’t even get that I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant for some time until they can improve.

I feel for the staff here, with understaffing issues the service is very bad. I hope improvements are to come because I adore the tacos and love to grab a few sometimes. I believe it is on more corporate or upper managers so don’t blame the people making your food or taking your order. Though the manager seemed to be sitting on their phone while there was a long line. Those in higher up positions must realize nothing is below their pay grade. Perhaps I am assuming but that’s my overall assumption.

This location is always hit and miss. Today was a miss. It took more than 5 minutes of waiting before anyone even acknowledged I was there. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time. The tacos were stale and cold.

Tonight they didn’t toast the sourdough. The wedges are cold and taste like they were fried with donuts and fish. The last 4 times I went to this location the food was terrible. One Thursday night, about three months ago we sat in the drive through for 25 min. Jack in the box food is good, but not at this location. I’m never going back. They don’t care.

The chicken teriacki (probably not spelled right) bowl was mostly rice and extremely dry. I asked for light rice. There were 4 little pieces of chicken and very little veggies. I won’t get it there again. The lady at the window was very nice. She also had me pull up and brought out my food.
