The best Jack in the Box in the city. Been stopping my heart here for years with their tacos and spicy chicken sandwiches (the best sandwich ever). I invited Jack to my wedding and he said he couldn’t make it because his wife Cricket had plans…I would take a star off because I wanted him to show up with tacos, but he did send me a bunch of free burger coupons and a signed picture. 5 stars.

This location has screwed up more orders than every other fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to combined. It’s typical to receive only half of your order. I’m confused how you can have a 20% success rate for filling orders. Placed an order tonight and never received my 7 jalapeno poppers but got a refund from door dash. Imagine working at jack & the box and thinking it’s hard.

It took them a while to take my order and once I ordered, I drove up to pay, and it took them another 5 minutes to take my payment and another few minutes to get my food even though I was the only customer in the drive through. I understand that I went later (around 10ish pm), but one of the employees was either training or not contributing- thus causing a wait- because he did not take my payment (he looked at me and walked away) or seem to contribute at all to my order.

By far the worst Jack in the box I’ve been to. I live local and it used to not be like this. They cl consistently get the order wrong. It’s not normal to get your order wrong three consecutive times. Not only that, they are very rude and seem to just not care in general about the entire job. My last visit was today when I sat in line when there was literally!!!! no one in line or in the store, literally!!! Then when they came to the speaker they were, you guessed it, rude.

This being the 3rd time this has happened to me, I’ve decided to post this – Today, I got in line to order a breakfast at around 10:30 am, and waited around 8 minutes at the drive-thru order board, but didn’t even get a “I’ll be right with you” – just dead silence. I finally drove off and went to McDonald’s. Which is very disappointing, since I prefer Jack in the Box’s. I guess they really don’t want to keep their customers.

Ordered on the app at 9:00. Arrived at 9:05 to pick it up and the employees said they can’t make our food because they already cleaned the grill. (They close at 10) since I already paid i asked for a refund, the employee was not sure how to issue a refund…

No one was in side ordering food just me. the drive thru was packed, rule #1 always go inside to see how they prepare your food an see how clean they are. I observed the lady making food with no gloves on I CRINGED watching her touching everything from one order to next (nasty)!! The hole time touching her face with out washing her hands so I got my money back (refund) that’s why I dont like fast food 50/50 CHANCE YOU’LL GET SICK EATING HERE…..

This is the third time visiting where the quality of food was horrible. I asked for the stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meal and literally only got a cheeseburger in my munchie meal. They forgot part of my order and they also gave us burnt chicken nuggets. Won’t be coming back, which is such a disappointment. We loved the jack in box back home. It was our go to place for fast food. The service itself was 50/50. The man taking my order was very courteous and nice… but the lady working the drive thru window was not. Extremely rude and short with me. Definitely looked like she was annoyed that I was there trying to get food.

First off they didn’t give me a receipt. They also didn’t give me the bacon cheddar potato wedges I ordered , and the spicy popcorn chicken I ordered was regular. I don’t know if you have changed how you make tacos but all of them were missing lettuce. The children working where to busy wrestling around and playing to pay attention to the jobs they had to do.
