Well it was a night run just to get some food. I’m not the one to find the negative in places, and effects the way I feel about places but this one really did. Well let’s start off with the first time around. We made it to the speaker box to order and after I said one thing they immediately tried to say thats all I ordered. I’m ordering for two so I had to zonk it for that. I tried to say what I wanted so the second part of what we wanted seemed like it was cool. I asked for a plain burger and thought I was getting that paid and whatever. We checked the food and the one that was rushed the order was wrong so we went back to the line. Told them “hey I was just in line and ordered. My order was supposed to be plain.” Then she proceeded to tell me a plan is with just cheese and I said yes that correct thats not what I received. She had a attitude and left the mic. Me and the person I was with just felt like the food was going to be tampered with. So we left the mic section and just left with the incorrect order. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place over a certain time period. They can do better you might have great service or you might experience what I went thru. I didnt take much in terms of pictures but thats ok its a drive thru deal. But I guess I can say don’t make your order to complex or your order might be wrong. I guess.

They were extremely rude and un-professional. I stood at walk up window for 20 min and they never came to take my order then I went thru drive thru and they didn’t even make my order correctly. Then they said that they only had 3 soft drinks to choose from. And said that they could only take one order and if I wanted anything else that I had to go back thru drive thru. Ii sat there for 45 min the first time why should I have had to drive back thru…… Worst jack n the box ever. I would not recommend it. if you can just drive farther down page to the one at page and ashby.

They didn’t have any tacos, they rarely do, so my son ordered the nee quad burger, yeah its 4 1$ meat patties, it was small and no where worth the price!!! Not to mention it took 20 minutes and only thing ordered was 1 of those quad burgers!! They should just shut that location down! I went there one time with a friend of mine and literally the employees were outside smoking a blunt and told us that they would be back inside when they were finished!! I won’t waste my money again there, Unfortunately there are not very many fast food restaurants around here but I will drive further because that is just ridiculous

Food was great!! Fresh and hot!! They did mess up out #26, didn’t put cheese on the sandwich. In spite of that it’s the customer service that was the issue. Just felt like you were inconveniencing them. Tone, sighs, lack of greeting or thank you.

No cars in front of me parked me. Attitude had to walk back in for my drink you didn’t give me when you parked me. Also fries were burnt like they the time was going off and no one could tear themselves away from all the customers in the dining area. Smh will not be back at that location anytime soon..

This location draws a decent lunch crowd. The drive thru is usually packed around lunchtime. The folks get it done. Food is fast, hot, fresh, and accurate. One of the better locations I frequent.

EDIT- complete fabrication! I’ve emailed the corporate office and had correspondence with someone, to no avail. I do not want nor need a coupon. I would much rather have the issues addressed. Disciplinary actions for those employees whom, consistently display rude unsatisfactory behavior. Thank you

We visited this open 24 hours location on Monday 5/27 at 10:40pm. The male voice on the speaker told us that they where closed for the holiday. My wife called when we got home. The female on the phone said that they were open until 11pm. Really! We where just there and you were closed. Oh, he was cleaning. Not a 24 location after all.

Poor service. Shake machine is always either broken or is being cleaned. Coupon codes not in system can’t use coupon. Employees/Manager have bad attitudes. And they never have what you want and whatever you settle for will taste like trash. I’m done with them never wasting my money here again, not even for my kids, the only reason I ever went there anyway
