Just stopped to dine in. On the door the hours said 24 hours on everyday. We got inside and the employee behind the counter said she would be right with us. Then the manager seen us and looked at the employee and told her at 9 to lock the doors. Employee said that is in a couple minutes and I have a couple that just walked in. Manager said to her I know lock the doors and said something else we could not hear. Employee then came to the counter and said the dining room is closing at 9 and we could order but had to take it to go. We said never mind since we came in bc we didn’t want to eat in our vehicle. Employee was very nice tried to wait on us but the rudeness of the manager over shadowed her. The manager did not care how she said it and cared even less that we was standing right there. I don’t have a problem if the hours was 9pm dining room closing. But it was not posted. And by the way she said it that was not the case. The employee seemed surprised she was locking the door at 9 even though there was people there to eat. But was told we had to take it to go. Please if you don’t like your job, for the sake of the company and their customers quit.

Horrible management…everyone is a manager that works here… I am stuck in their drive thru, no way out… I have ordered through the app many times to use the deals and for whatever reason the app wouldn’t work. Tonight so I went to the drive thru and explained my situation and he ( whom claimed to be managment) Jun 27th,2023 @ 11:24 pm refused to sell me food with the app deals and told me that the jack in the app is not made by jack in the box and refused to help. And so here I am stuck with no way out of this drive thru. Who would have thought that posers have high jacked their menu, business name and location to sell their products…

Between me and my roommate we have ordered food from this location through Doordash 4 times since moving to the area a month ago and have spent over $100 on food from this specific location alone and that’s not even including the extra cost of the delivery and service fees, and each order had items missing or incorrect. Jack in the box made no attempt to correct their errors or make you feel like they valued your business or you as a customer. *EDIT:MARCH 20 and since my original post, Jack in the Box has significantly stepped their game up and started acting like a company that valued its customers and appreciated the fact that people chose to go to their restaurant to spend their hard earned money at and expect the bare minimum effort of at least attempting to get the order correct and at the very least get all the items they paid for or get it immediately corrected after it being brought to their attention. Still room for improvement but you regained this customers business at this point.
