This location can’t seem to get it together. Whether it’s bad help or something else I’m not sure but there are always issues everytime I go. This morning for breakfast I ordered at the speaker, pull around only for the lady (same one who just took my order) to open the window & ask “can I help you?”. I told her she just took my order to which she replies “well i don’t show one, what do you want then?” She appeared to be on something mind altering with how scattered, slow & confused she was. She gave me sweet & sour sauce for my pancakes, tried giving me an extra drink after just handing me one. She was so confused I had to tell her that i just needed my card ran so I could leave as she still had it in her hands for over 5 mins now. The hash browns were so soaked with grease this is what a napkin looked like after just 2 mins. Won’t waste my time or $ here anytime soon.

They literally are just never open. I just wanted to get some food to eat while hanging out with my brothers but literally the lobby isn’t open ever. And no other method of serving for people without cars is provided unless I wanna spend a ton of extra money trying to order food from a different service. This Jack in the box always closes whenever they feel like it. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve come here during business hours in the last year and they’ve been closed. They put a trash can In the drive thru, shut it down and go home. I’ve been here around 2pm and they were closed. The most recent time it was barely 10pm and they were closed when it said online that they were supposed to be open until 12:00am. Don’t waste your gas coming here.
