I’ll always like Jack in the Box, but there’s just one thing that really bugs me… How come the burgers names do not even come close to describing the size of the burger anymore? Remember when the Jumbo Jack was jumbo? And when the Ultimate Cheeseburger was the ultimate cheeseburger? But somehow all their sandwiches have drastically shrank so much that they now look like a junior size or regular. But with the smaller sized burger one would think, even expect to pay a smaller price, right? Wrong!! The price just gets bigger while the food gets smaller!! Can someone explain how and / or why we have all let the fast food industry get away with this?? If we would just stop rolling over for them when they set out to cheat us and rip us off, and stand up for ourselves then maybe they would give us back our “jumbo”

Went through drive thru at 5:30 am with no answer at the speaker. I decided to walk in since the door was unlocked and the sign says open. I walk in, there’s an employee literally moping the floor and looks right at me front the kitchen. Continues to mop the floor and then disappears and never comes back out. I stood in front of the cashier station for about 5 minutes before I realized that the lady went to hide in the back. This place is absolutely a waste of time and absolutely unprofessional. The employee didn’t even bother saying anything to me other than look at me as if I was dumb for being there.

This is a good location. I recently spoke with one of the managers there who works the nights and he informed me he’s looking to improve the place. I am personally rooting for his success in doing so as I’ve eaten here enough times I could be considered a regular at this point and he seems to be a genuinely friendly individual. The rest of the staff is also friendly and I rarely have any issues with my order.

honesty very disappointed i dont even know where to start. we ordered on doordash and got 2 munchie meals and 3 popcorn chicken. the popcorn chicken was not in stock in the store which is understandable, however when asked what we’d like as a substitute we asked for 3 orders of curly fries since the price was similar. we received one order of curly fries that was half way full. we were practically robbed from this. when we started eating we were immediately met with stale, cold fries that were just crumbs. the burger patties were heavily burnt, buns stale, and the lettuce was just the core stems of the head. i dont know what happened if we just caught this location on an off day or what bc we havent had these issues from here before, but i dont believe we’ll be eating here again. very sad to see.

Where do I start ? When I walked in not one of the 4 people working there say said good morning or anything else for that matter. They just spoke in Spanish among theirselves. Finally, after several minutes a young man appears from the back and just stands at the counter. He didn’t say “ Can I help you?”. I just ordered. I was in disbelief at how rude these people are.
