Waited for 20 minutes to then be told they had missing ingredients (whipcream for shake) and had to deal with super rude people that didn’t seem to remember ehat i ordered. I didn’t recive any of the sauce I ordered and they got my order wrong, I got quite possibly the saddest burger I’ve ever seen when I asked for a chicken sandwich and they forgot my fries. It was late night I’m not expecting the best customer service but getting the wrong food that was cold and missing everything is such a massive L. Won’t be going back

I ordered online through the app as “drive-thru” pick up order, we waited in line for 10 minutes and they left our food on the counter inside. I asked if I food would be cold and she said no, our food was indeed cold. She said the sign says to come inside to pick up my order. The sign outside says delivery driver come inside. The food was definitely very satisfying when you need to be slapped with sodium. I got the #7 which is called the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, with lettuce, curly fries and churros, the sandwich was very savory and juicy, the curly fries were salty and perfectly seasoned, the churros were nice and warm, it was all very good, the lady who was the cashier at the time, Kristina luckily remembered the churros before I left and I thanked her greatly, since usually people wouldn’t remember if something is missing.
