Saw this employee take a cup that had been left sitting upright beside the lobby soda machine & use it to fill a larger bucket of ice that was transported & dumped for use at the drive-thru. Same employee dropped some of the ice on the counter, took his bare hands, scooped it into the cup & dumped it into the ice bucket that he was taken to drive thru. This was my first time eating at Jack in the Box and while I’m thankful to God for every meal knowing there are many people without food, I will give my honest review. It was my first time and will be my last. It’s overpriced high school or hospital cafeteria type food. Portions are very small and even the soda tasted weird. I have given this location many chances. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a supreme croissant. The guy at window was very nice and polite and I thought, “wow, what a difference from the other tines I’ve been here”. I live 5 minutes away and when i got home to open my meal. It was ice cold. Like it was previously cooked and just waiting…as you can see the cheese didn’t even melt. The bread was cold and seemed straight out the package. I’m posting because this is my final time coming. Either my order is wrong, the staff is rude, or the food is horribly put together and nasty. This is a brand new location, no excuses. When I was younger I worked for Jack N the Box and this would never have passed. I am disappointed, disgusted, and done. Do not waste your money at this location. You’ve been warned.

Just got home from ordering 6 tacos from this Jack in the box location, and was looking forward to enjoying them. First off, as I know that JITB is usually pretty hit or miss when it comes to making the tacos as you order them, I asked if I could please have them freshly made. If I didn’t stay too far to have to drive back up there I would! This is ridiculous!! As I figured, the tacos were old tacos, a few of them were cold and stale, and none of them had any lettuce on them. Very disappointed, and I hope this was just an isolated event!
