If I can give you no stars I would.. worst experience we’ve had.. I ordered my food and the lady taking the order left out some food, restrooms are very dirty with dried pee all over the toilet and floor and the food was horrible… I order chicken fajita pita and it was horrible…fountain machine empty, tea not fresh, 1 piece of chicken and slice of pita bread with small piece of lettuce… I will never be going back here. This was at 9am

The lady’s at this location drive thru window are a breath of fresh air, kind and pleasant they smile and make you feel welcome no matter the day and time, by far my favorite Jack in the box, because I was so close to giving up on the Jack in the box from bad past experiences from other locations in great locations but bad attitudes make for a very unpleasant visit mainly the Cedarhill location off 65. I really enjoy this location I really do, big thumbs up for the professionalism and smiles no matter what. Great job food always fresh LOVE IT!! BLESSINGS

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst location you can go to! I pulled up to the speaker in the drive through, a guy asked what he can get me and I gave my order (very simple and easy order, I just wanted a jumbo jack) after I gave my order there was no response from the speaker. I said “hello” at least 20 times and sat there for almost 10 minutes. I then pulled up to the window and waited a few more minutes until I noticed the worker hiding behind the counter and peeking to see if I was gone. I honked multiple times and waited 5 more minutes, but he kept hiding. I drove around to the front and took pictures of him hiding. The pictures are below, you can see his shoulder/neck sticking out over the counter and then he ducks down all the way. How lazy can you be? I read the rest of the reviews on here and it looks like the employees here do not care at all about their job and the owner replies making up excuses for them on here. Let’s see what corporate says…

Last night I went there at 11:30 and asked for two tacos that’s it. I was told they didn’t have any tacos, so then I asked for the spicy wrap and she said the system was down. I asked how was their system down and they just cashed out someone in the window and gave them their food. She didn’t answer me. So I sat at the speaker for 40 mins “waiting on the system to come come back up” now about 8 cars have driven off because of this. When all they had to do was make TWO TACOS. And clearly you can see the register is up and working just fine through the window.

Did not get orders correct after explaining over and over. Then guy at window had a attitude and told me I had to go back to the end of the line to get order corrected. They were acting like they did not speak English. The drink was a flat soda that tasted like it had cleaner in it so we threw it away. Why in Black neighborhoods we have the worst serve and food.

I ordered takeout from Jack in the Box’s website and it said that my order would be ready within 7-9 minutes. I gave it longer time before going up there. To my surprise, the rude cashier said that I would need to drive back through the drive through line in 5-10 minutes because they don’t have my order. He said all of this after seeing the confirmation on my phone. I go back through the line and the same cashier not only interrupts the guy helping me, but rudely tells me I would have to come back in the morning if I wanted to speak with a manger regarding receiving my food or a refund. I drove off very upset with neither my food or a refund.

Went to this location for the first time few days ago. Ordered the fajita pita got home noticed there was nothing in it but One slice of lettuce, two small pieces of chicken way down in the bottom, a piece of fajita bread to make it look like volume because the fajita was basically empty as you can see in the photo.
