Today was our first time coming back to this location after multiple bad experiences in the past. We were hoping it had gotten better, but seems to have gotten worse. We ordered online for pickup….and ordered 3 of the limited time Ribeye Steakhouse burgers. Each of the patties looked like they had been tossed across the kitchen onto the buns (half hanging off). The meat was very dry like it had been sitting there for a while, and the lettuce was the crunchy white part (that most people don’t wanna eat).

Even though I usually go through the drive thru at this location I have never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and my order is always correct and the food is amazing and hot. Today was a little out of their norm though. I placed my order for two tiny tacos and a 3 pc egg roll with dipping sauce. When I got to the window the lady was giving me a price to pay and I had to remind her that it was an app order. Once the young man inside told her which order was mine she got it and handed it to me. All I did was repeat the order and asked if they put in the dipping sauces she turns back around to the young man and said that if it’s not on the order I don’t get any. Really, she then proceeded to give me 2 sweet and sour sauces in a matter that I dropped one on the floor board and she acted like she was upset that I even asked. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that keep up the great work.

Don’t believe the price on the posted menu. They charged me a dollar more for the number one combo than the menu shows. When I showed the lady at the counter, she pointed at the menu and said that price was wrong. The same wrong price is on the board outside. I went through the drive thru and said I wanted twelve (12) tacos. JITB has the 2 tacos for $1.49 deal. The drive thru lady was of course rude. Handed me the bag and closed the window. No type of customer acknowledgement. I drive 8 miles to the house, open the bag – what do I find??? Six (6) tacos! Okay, so the lady obviously can’t count. I call their number, and no one answered. I call back to back, and no one answers. I am now upset, so I drive back the 8 miles, calling along the way. As I am then less than half a mile from the facility, someone picks up! I explain my issue, they state they’ll give me 12 tacos. I come in, everyone is rude. I show them the receipt, and they ask if I’m sure I didn’t get 12 tacos. Now, I guess they are accusing me of lying! Nevertheless, when I ask for the manager, the guy freezes, and says he’s not there. To make matters worse, I log a call with JITB corporate, and haven’t heard anything back!

Food is great, however upon ordering i stood at the register for 5+ mins or longer waiting for someone to even acknowledge me. An employee finally then came to the register and instead of taking my order the employee decided that a phone call was more important at the time. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. Cell Phone should not be seen by a customer. Then, once I relieved my drink cups I noticed a huge mess that hasn’t been cleaned up probably for hours.
