Me and my bf went to here and got the mint mobile free shake and ordered sandwiched combos as well. My bf didn’t even get the sandwich he ordered (online order) and my chicken sandwich tasted strange. Both our tomatoes and lettuce were old and sour tasting. The shake didn’t even come how they usually do with dome lid and whipped cream. Even if they ran out of dome lids they could have said something. We decided we won’t visit this location again as this was the second time we’ve been here and both times highly disappointed.

We shoukd not have eaten inside. These people have the radio blaring, and the TV up so loud it competes with the radio. Between them, it was nearly impossible to hold an average volume conversation. Food was fine. They quickly fixed what they forgot on my order.

This place has gone down hill. The past couple of times I’ve gone there, it has been horrible. My food comes out as if it was just slapped together instead of being properly cooked. Drive through cashiers, especially in the morning, looks at you like, “How dare you bother me.” After this last disappointment, I’ll buy from Braum’s.

everytime i go it’s always been an ok experience but this time when I went to this jack on 6/22 around 12 am I was greeted with a very unwelcoming voice on the intercom and very rude employee. This lady in a black shirt was super rude during our whole interaction. I asked a simple question and would get attitude in return for no reason. I’ve worked in the fast food industry before and i’ve never treated customers like this even on my bad days. It’s so embarrassing for her to treat people like that especially in her place of employment where she is supposed to and is expected to give good customer service.

The food sucked.. Fries were old burger was cold. Person Couldn’t take orders. Took 5 mins because she kept getting it wrong. When i went to window to pay order was still wrong. Get it together people. Get some one who can speak english to take orders. And quit rushing people out of drive thru because your timers are going off. A few times I’ve been there they had me pull up so im not being timed on how long it takes to get the order out even when I’ve been the only car in line.

I tried to order on July 21 at 11 pm and the person in charge of the shift did not want to take an order because he spoke Spanish at first, nor did he answer in the kitchen and when he went to the window he did not want to take the order either what he said were the rules of the Jack in the box company and the employee said he was the manager on duty. after that no one showed up at the drive through window. The most stupid thing is he was Hispanic trying to get a call for Jack in box corporate…

went to the drive thru and the one taking our order stopped halfway and bantered wirh her coworkers for about 5 minutes about marijuana and they said goodbye and her coworkers left before she disappeared for another few minutes and said “give me a sec there’s a problem at the window” (with how you provide service why am i not surprised) then after another 5 minutes the line behind is packed so we can’t leave. she returns “hello can i take your order” “we’re still not done” “oh right” she finished and we drive through. not coming back to this one for a while.

Came by about 20 minutes ago and bought tacos from here and as me and my people eating them we notice they taste weird so we opened them and see they are BURNED. I work in customer service and i will never give out food thats not good. This Is very unproffesional and my first and last time coming here . will love my money back too.

I will never be back to this Jack in the Box, even though it is only two (2) blocks from my house. The next closest is 10 – 15 minutes away. I use JitB a lot in my job, driving hot shots all day. Worst JitB I have ever used. Tried to report them to Corporate, but that was a waste of time, since the survey was perfunctory and offered no opportunity for comments. This one is recently sold to a franchisee, and JitB made a mistake with that decision. Have tried them 8 times, at various times and days of the week – eat at Braum’s or Mickey D’s. The Braum’s, next door, is good, but not always open when I need it, or the line is too long for me.
