My son was in hospital around the corner and requested breakfast from JIB on my in that morning. When I walked in I didn’t step to counter I stood back as I was looking for text to see what he said he wanted. The lady at register rudely asked me 3 times back to back what I wanted as if was rushing me (I explained first time I was looking for order in a text message). Then when I step up to order she was slow to take order when did took with attitude never looking at me. When paid passed card to her hand to hand when returned slammed on counter even with my hand extended out. After that when the other young lady was giving me my coffee and asked how many sugar and cream I asked what kind of cream did they have the young lady questioned to cashier and she responded rudely to her the regular milk kind what do he want. After a week of basically living in the hospital with my son fighting for his life I really could had been real rude back but rather not be the angry black guy. If you upset about something don’t go to work or at least don’t work front register cause you never know when someone say is going worst and you might be that breaking point.
