Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Drive thru employees had me parked for 10 minutes after they told me I had to leave the drive thru since I ordered through the app. I went back through the line, and asked for a manager or team lead at the speaker box. There were a few cars a head of me to give them the time to get ready. Well I get to the window the moment I ask for a manager he spews lies saying nobody there speaks English.. in very clear English after speaking to me in clear English the entire time. I said I would come back at a later time to speak to someone in charge and I would like his name. He wasn’t wearing a name tag (not proper uniform for Jack In The Box) he refused to tell me and refused to serve me my food. To beat it all when I got home my ultimate cheese burger had egg white on the meat patty and came with the wrong bread.
