Worst customer service ever! First, restroom sign says paying customers only.m… that’s fine. But you actually have to buy food before they will unlock the door for you! There were 3 staff members visible and not a smile could be found on any of them! They were rude about unlocking the door to the bathroom! And once inside the bathroom, it was disgusting… smelled terrible and was unclean! We would have done the online survey only they we’re unable to give us a receipt because they didn’t have the printer turned on (their words!) we were there at 13:30pm. Again, absolutely THE WORST service we’ve ever experienced!! This is the Italy location!

I went thru drive thru. I placed my order. Half way through I never got a response so I waited patiently. 10min passed I pulled yo window. I waited another 5min. And placed the remainder of my order. I waited a total of 35min from the time I place my order to the time I received it. My order was not made correctly. Which took an additional 15min. I did notice after going inside there was only 2 people working. Staffing is deff a problem here. Maybe over all service would improve if they would get staffed up.

Heavy wrecker operator. Was hooking a bus on the street between jack in the box and mcdonalds. In the middle of the day, extremely hot outside. Dude from Jack in the box brought out a large ice water and gave it to me. No charge and I did not ask for it. Did it on his own. So after I was done working, I went inside and bought some food.

It took over 20 minutes to get 2 meals and there were no orders ahead of us. The bathrooms were not available; the bathrooms are locked and the manager was locked in the bathroom with both sets of keys. Floors were extremely sticky. We ordered dine in and were given our food to go, so we took it and left. Only waited for the food because we had already paid and obviously couldn’t get a refund with the manager locked in the bathroom.

If there was a zero I would do zero. I just went through the Drive Thru, on my way home to Austin from Dallas. I asked for a burger and my burger was so cold that the cheese was straight out of the fridge. Waited 15 min in line for a cold burger. I’m not driving back and loose additional time when I just want to get home. I called to make them aware, no one answers.

If there was a negative star. I would choose it. Politely said hello and a rude tone replying I SAID ONE MOMENT. I backed up went inside the employee was still rude and stormed pass me knowing I was waiting. I said perhaps you’re having a bad day. I politely asked for her name and where to make a complaint. Her name is HILDA. I hope she does not use that demeanor with all the customers that can’t hear on the drive thru speaker. I want the owner to contact or call me. The worst service ever. Just her luck I was having a gd day. Please remind her that ppl suffer from all illnesses mental as well this is a different world now where ppl react before they think. She did get a level headed person TODAY.. I will never visit that location again and make sure I tell anyone who will listen if that is how we’re treated. We will spend money elsewhere. Be mindful. Be humble Be kind.

Food was what you expect, it was fine. The one and only thing we had a complaint over was literally every single surface was unclean. Every table was dirty and crumby, the floor had crumbs, the soda machine was covered in soda and sticky, and when we looked around, we were alone and the employees weren’t moving around in the back so it wasn’t busy.

I am at the italy, Tx jack in the box and as usual, you place an order and you are told ” we don’t have it”. I ordered ten crispy tacos, chiken strips, onion rings, curly fries and sweet tea. I was told “we don’t have onion rings, curly fries or tea” – no wonder this place stays empty!

This is hands down the worst fast food chain ever and I’ve traveled all over. They messed up the whole order nothing was right. The Pattie’s were grey looking. Called the store bc I was just passing through & the manager was rude with a nonchalant attitude. Didn’t care to try to resolve the problem. So disappointed and disgusted.
