My parents [who are in their 80s] ordered in drive-thru and the african american girl who took their order got it wrong. They’d ordered 2 chicken sandwichs, 2 tacos & a shake. After my parents corrected her (she rung up nuggets), she told them it was an even swap for chicken sandwichs, to pull up & they would bring their order to them. When a hispanic girl brought the order out, there were only 2 chicken sandwichs in the bag. They didn’t get the 2 tacos & shake which they said they paid for. When my parents asked her about it, she told them they didn’t pay 2 tacos & shake and they would have to pay for it. My parents told her that they ordered it and they paid for it, but she walked away & never returned. They sat there waiting for her to bring the rest of their order and she never did. When I looked at the screen I realized that the price was different from the price on the board, when I questioned it I was told the board price is for a small.
