The service is great the workers are nice and very respectful but the reason the score is so low is due to a “trucker” that’s in the store 24/7 it seems, I go to school in this area and the times I go its like he seems to always be there. The trucker is always harassing people (mainly woman) and he’ll go out of the way to make sexist and pervy remarks same with constantly bothering people and will go as far as touching some (he’s done it to me as well I had keep telling him to back off) of the students at my school thinking he is funny I truly don’t know how he’s still allowed at this establishment.

This location is improving, just repeat the order and the employees would fix it. The new employees are way better than the old and ghetto employees that once worked at this location. The food comes out fresh and the shakes are delicious. Two locations I’ve tried recently are on airline and veterans memorial those two were horrible, they let this one in the heart of Greenspoint out do them.
