Everyone that works peak hours are these young kids that have no respect for the customers. It’s just out of control. ordered some food on 6/24 and the order was wrong. called and called to have it fixed as i know mistakes happen. No answer and then called and never got a call back. 6/25 after i got off of work and called one more time after calling corporate Mr. Jayden picked up the phone and was very apologetic and helpful. Was able to remake meal with no hesitation. Jayden was very understanding and prompt. Mistakes happen all the time and thats ok. Food was remade and service was great as usual.

I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting to get served. When I pulled up to the microphone to order no one said anything for 15 minutes. I called repeatedly asking if they could her me with no reply. So I pulled around to the window and the girl at the window had the audacity to refuse my order. All I wanted was a shake. I sat in line for 30 minutes for a shake. She said they were only doing shakes for door dash and she was very rude. Said they “had a lot going on up here”. I’ll be honest, that’s the first time I’ve ever had an establishment refuse me service. A paying customer. I’ll never literally never come back to this place.
