My daughter works there ,and she gets cursed out often by customers. She’s only 17 yrs old ,and just works to save money for a car. She goes to work faithfully,and gets treated very wrong. She has worn the same one shirt for 5 months after asking the manager for a new one. My motto is treat people kids like you treat or want your kids to be treated. She deserves a raise for the part-time pay she receives for the full – time work she puts in. That store needs to evaluate management because they are always yelling , and treating workers unfairly. The manager doesn’t step in when my child gets cursed out. They just let it happen. The manager doesn’t like workers taking a lunch break or taking off. That’s child labor. They work hard & deserve a break.

The workers are rude and not customer friendly. It was not busy and they could care less about assisting customers. It’s also VERY RUDE to look at a customer with and attitude and start speaking to each other in Spanish. A worker also went into an old box of chicken that’s was clearly cold and off to the side and mixed it with fresh chicken fingers for a customer EVEN THOUGH she had plenty more fresh chicken fingers. I don’t suggest anyone going to this location.

For this company to pride themselves on “we won’t make it till you order it”, our food sure tasted a day old. My fries were cold, stale, and tasted hours old. My chicken sandwhich was flat, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting in the window. We also ordered chicken nuggets, a breakfast jack, with a hash brown and OJ. ALL OF IT tasted old and re warmed. The hashbrown was extremely salty and soggy. The ONLY great thing from here was the bottled Simply OJ. The lady at the window was polite, but the food was disgusting! Re train your back of house staff. Oh yeah, that Jack listens survey is rediculous. All these different hyperlinks to not be able to do the survey.

THE WORST JACK IN BOX ON JONES RD. I’ve ordered from there multiple times and every time it’s awful. The really need to get rid of the midnight crew. They don’t care and the manager constantly has an attitude.
