If I could give no stars, I would. They took 20 minutes with us as the first car in line during off hours. Only three employees, mostly standing around and on phones CONSTANTLY. When we finally got our food, it was incomplete and what we had was messed up. Went into the store to complain to a manager, who wasn’t at work. Another 20 minutes later, the employees still hadn’t fixed my food and “couldn’t” give me a refund. They finally did after threatening to call the cops 4 times. Place had cockroaches crawling all over, trash all over and behind the machines, and horrible attitudes and lazy employees. Will be contacting JackTalks, the BBB, and health inspector. Employee tried to take my receipt, too, and ultimately did right after I got a pic of it.

Jack in the Box!! I must say it was a terrible experience. The food was of poor quality and lacked any real flavor. The staff were uninterested in providing good customer service and seemed disorganized. The restaurant was also in a state of disrepair and not well-maintained. I was very disappointed with my visit and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Jack in the Box has the potential to be a great fast food chain, but this particular location fell far short of expectations.

Tried to give this location another chance and still the overnight shift refuse to take any orders. The same excuse is given every time, that the system is down but I have come on different times of the night and it looks like the system is always down regardless of what time it is. Location should close down overnight at this point.
