Just left this Jack in the Box and I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant without the ham a #1 supreme. I ask if she could substitute the ham with a little extra bacon. They young girl said yes. Then she purposely forgot to check my receipt. I ask for my receipt and I was charged for extra bacon. Okay, so I paid it. It early morning and I didn’t want to start my day by giving this young girl a problem. My issue with this is tell your customer (me) what you are really charging. Don’t say one thing about not charging and substituting, but then charge the customer. It’s was very obvious the young girl was trying not give me my receipt because she didn’t want me to see the charge. It’s okay. Just make sure your going to do what you say.

Never had an issue before with this location until now. New faces and different manager on shift. I purchased a large drink and 2 cheesecakes in the drive thru and parked in the front to eat my items. I went back inside 5 mins later to use the restroom and the shift supervisor ignored me and was playing on his phone, after 3 attempts to get his attention, he finally acknowledged me and I asked to use the bathroom. He spoke to the Store manager in Spanish and looked back down. I stood there for 2 mins and then he finally approached me asking me if I need something. I had to tell him again, that I needed to use the restroom. He said that his manager did not want me to give me access to the restroom but sure enough 4 mins later they allowed a Hispanic men use the restroom.
