Service at the window was great. My order was correct; no cheese was requested, and my food did not have it. You don’t know how many times this is not correct. I forgot the persons name working the window, but she was super nice and very professional. Thank you!!

Has Jack in the Box stopped giving receipts at the drive-thru? I stopped after work yesterday and ordered a large combo with a sweet tea. I got no receipt and I don’t know what they gave me to drink, but it wasn’t sweet tea. It tasted very watered down, so I poured it out. As far as receipts go, the Jack in the Box near my job doesn’t give them at the drive-thru either. I tried to call, but someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I never went there again and I doubt I will go to this one anytime soon.

I think it was Cindy, who I’m assuming was maybe the manager because she was very professional and courteous, she was very nice and didn’t make us feel like our 30 taco order was an issue at all. I enjoy buttermilk with my food like everyone else though the new “POLICY” is four per order. Doesn’t matter how many people are on the order. So… Multiple orders.?! I wasn’t exactly thrilled with the customer service when telling me “the policy” either. Not going into details but basically, I got so sorry about your luck, I don’t care. Thanks! This is why people are venturing out of this “fast” food establishment to actual restaurants with better food that are just as fast.

Went through the drive thru around or about 11:30am. I ordered a chicken sandwich, value fries, and 2 regular tacos. My total came out to be $5.06. I gave the lady at the window $10.06. She then handed me my food and closed the window without giving me my change. She opened the window back up and told me that was it and I told her that she didn’t give me my change she then swore that I only gave her $5.06 and I told her no, I gave you $10.06. Someone else ended up coming to the window and lied and said that they didn’t have any change to give me like I was just supposed to drive off without getting my change back. I asked for the manager and the lady that took my order claimed that she was the manager… She was a Indian lady with a nose piercing wearing a pink shirt. Minutes later they eventually gave me my change…. I’ve never experienced anything like that and to top it off my chicken sandwich was so hard you could literally throw it and knock someone out with it and the fries were very cold. Horrible experience, if I could give 0 stars, I would!

This is hands down worst jack in the box. Same issues with the drive through. Saying they don’t have pennies when I’m sure they just can’t do math. Then there is no lettuce for the tacos but my burger has lettuce. Idk who the manager is but all issues come from there. Everyone runs it how they want vs the way it’s supposed to be. Then my burger is cold. And never have tacos sauce. Just close the store down waste of time and money. Go down the street off Monroe. 100x times.
