Went there for breakfast and they gave us the sandwich with 2 pieces of hair in it since I was starving, I tried removing the first one (giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident) but then I looked inside and see another piece of hair. I realized they gave me no receipt so it makes me wonder if they did it on purpose. I tried calling because I didn’t have time to go back and tell them about it, but they don’t answer their phone. If you’re not going to serve decent food, don’t work there, simple as that. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Though the place was clean and quiet the service was extremely poor. We literally had wait nearly 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. While the cashier was walking around what seemed as if she was ignoring us and when she approached the counter area decided to use her phone. When finally was able to order something she took the order and walked away without receiving my money and was gone for 5 minutes before someone else came and took my money. Waited 10 minutes for my order never to receive my drink the new one mocha creamcilla, which I had to another 10 minutes for someone else to make. When I finally received it did not look it even was what ordered it was watered down with no mocha nor coffee was supposed to be frozen. ‍♀️this was the worst experience ever. This Jack is constantly messing up orders and having lack of supplies. If I have to wait in line 15min at least use the time to get my order correct. Understand things happen, but it is a consistent issue and some form of bad experience the times I decide to go to this Jack In The Box. Lesson learned though, rather drive the farther distance for better service.
