My son ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger, he opened it up and said, “there’s no bacon” I went back through the drive thru and told them. They took his burger and shut the window, the lady came back and said, “there is bacon on it” with an attitude and handed me back the same burger. This is the “bacon” one piece that’s so little it blended in with the blob of ketchup, the reason my son couldn’t see it. Horrible service and not sure where the “ultimate” is, but ok.

Got the bacon ultimate cheeseburger. There were 3 half pieces of bacon. There’s nothing ultimate in that whatsoever. Epic fail on their part, all you have to do is look at the picture of the bacon ultimate cheeseburger on their order board and realize you were cheated. The sandwich was lukewarm at best. The fries were good, and the drink was good. Service was neither pleasant nor accurate. I had to repeat my order 4 or 5 times, it was a nightmare.

This jack in the box shares restrooms with the Chevron gas station. Boy let me tell you how dirty of restrooms they have. Bet they don’t wash there hands either. Went and no other customers were there. 2 people working that I could see. No one acknowledged me. One person looked at me then turned around and walked to the back. Next person came and set a bucket of water right in front of me at the register, and still never even looked at me, before turning and walking away. I said excuse me loud enough to be heard and still was ignored. So I said excuse me hello a little louder. Finally the one who set the bucket down came and asked me “what do you want to get” still without ever looking at me. I placed my simple order. Number 21 with an OJ. Got my order and drove back to work. Opened my order to find my hashbrown still raw, my croissant bun hard and cold (not heated and toasted as it should be). What a waste of $10 this morning.
