Manager that was working the evening on 8/22/23 is horrible, rude and has a nasty attitude. On my way to get something to eat, my fan belt broke. So I parked in the back of the parking lot. Went inside to eat and called a mobile Mechanic. The mechanic came by and noticed I needed another part that only the dealership has. The dealership was close, so he would have to come back in the morning. I went inside and asked the manager could I leave my car here until the morning. She got a nasty attitude and said “No” my car would be towed etc.. She’s really mean and nasty. Her attitude is horrible. Will not be going back.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I got to thinking I go to work every Saturday morning for 5am and they done this to me twice and what I am referring to is the drive thru. I went 2 Saturday in a row to get breakfast and both times using your 24 hour drive-thru each time they told me that they were close. How are you close if you’re 24 hours and it’s a drive-thru ? They were in on their phones sitting down at the tables doing nothing it’s hard to patronize a place they don’t give good service. Yes, they are rude very nasty as if we worrying in them to do their job. I think it’s quite rude to have a 24 hour place and nobody’s working. Job are to hard to come by and it seems to me they don’t want their jobs. Just saying!!!

June 18 – 9pm. One car ahead of me in the drive-through and one guy standing next to the window for past 10 minutes waiting for his order. I guess he ordered before the car in front of me. They had the lobby locked so we couldn’t get in to get what he is missing and they are ignoring him Placed my order 10 minutes ago and still waiting on the car in front of me and people looking like they’re trying to figure out the cash register. If you’re looking for fast food, don’t think you’ll find it here.

My husband and I love Jack in the Box! They have good breakfast selections, particularly the bacon, swiss on sour dough. I also love the grilled chicken on sourdough. Their snack foods are great. The only hiccup is the Chicken Fajita Pita. Years ago it was good but now it’s totally unappetizing. The chicken is bland and the onions are sauteed enough. I never get any salsa or guacamole when I order it. For this reason, I don’t order it anymore.

Worst customer service ever! The lady in black has the worst attitude ever. They forgot part of my order so I told her then she gets mad and slams the window. Food I Paid for. Asked to speak to the manager and then she walked away and didn’t call anyone. Just because you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on others! Don’t hire people like this, do better.

I usually visit this Jack in the Box because it’s close to my job. Tonight around 2:30 am, I ordered food. When the cook handed the food to the clerk, the clerk looked at me and started laughing. She walked towards me with a smile on her face and then handed the food to me. When I got to work, I called the Jack in the Box to express my concerns. When I spoke to the manage, she was very dismissive and told me to keep my receipt. That’s when I decided to return to the restaurant to get a refund. When I got there, I asked the clerk what did the cook say to you when he handed the food to you. She didn’t answer the question. She said sir I don’t even know you and the cook doesn’t speak English. The manager said to her don’t even stress yourself over that, and closed the window. All three of them went to the back of the restaurant for a couple of minutes. The manager reappeared and told me to come back in the morning to get a refund. She said the district manager will give me a refund. I told her the cook touch my food because your clerk did not tell me what the cook said to her when the cook handed her the food.

Ordered 2 meals for breakfast. Stopped here on the way to Lufkin. Both hashbrowns were soaked in grease and stuck to the wrappers. Aside from that, I asked what came on the meals and was informed…only to realize the sausage was missing when we left. Just eggs, cheese and bread. Bread was also stale and hard to eat. Add insult to injury the receipt printer was out of ink so I couldn’t even call rectify it if I wanted to.
