I sat in the drive thru behind 4 cars for 35 minutes. Why??? Why would it take 35 minutes????? In a DRIVE THRU?? And then on top of that, my sourdough Jack was completely cold. I took it straight out of the bag as I was driving away and it was not even warm!!! I took a bite because it was already 9:45 at that point and I was starving, and the bread was so chewy it was actually hard to even bite off. Super terrible experience. Definitely expect more from a Jack in this area.

Oh my goooodness!! My family and I went to this location at 10pm tonight. We’re exhausted, trying to sell our home and buy a new one. Too tired to make dinner. The staff was AMAZING!!! Danielle and Marco were so happy to serve us and their smiles and positive attitudes were contagious! The staff that made our food were also amazing, our order was correct. I ordered one burger today around 4pm and it wasn’t busy. My order wasn’t correct, which happens. What I do have an issue with, is yall trying to hand me back the same burger, and I can see the remnants of the toppings didn’t want still embedded in the bun. Quit being cheap. It was also cold.

The absolute worst JACK IN THE BOX EVER. Catalina ( manager for the day shift today 7/26/23) extremely rude. They gave me ICE COLD MINI PANCAKES THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. I went back to the drive thru and informed them that they were cold she felt them and said no they not. I said ma’am this is not an argument I do not want them they are cold, she then proceed to shut the window in my face and rolled her eyes. I then proceeded to go inside and wait for my refund she threw the money on the floor in the inside and ran to her office. The young Larry from the drive thru window pick up the money and handed to me and apologized. I’m in complete shock that this person can be a manager. I asked for someone above her name and contact number & no one knew the information. I am making a report on this establishment to the the Texas Department of State Health Services for serving half frozen mini pancakes. Then I will proceed to file a complaint about the manager to jack in the box corporation. This location is horrible. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK & THIS IS NOT MY FIRST INCIDENT. I understand lunch hour might be hectic, but this was a bit much. Forgot my drink so okay went back to get it. No biggie, I’m in a bit of a rush now. I figured I didn’t pay attention either at the drive thru. Then I realize I get an empty taco. No meet, barley any cheese, and some lettuce. This was my meal. I didn’t have time to go back and claim this. I tried calling and no answer. I understand things happen and maybe it’s too busy, but I paid and it took time to go back and fourth. As for the rest of the order it was good.

I have visited this location dozens of times. The only consistent thing has been the unacceptable service from the late night crew in particular. EVERY SINGLE late night visit experience has involved missing order items or refusals to accommodate simple order customizations (burger toppings, meat or bun type substitutions). My latest visit involved refusal from the cashier to substitute a potato bun or ribeye patty on a bacon and Swiss jack. On this same night the Fry Rd location demonstrated these were clearly options in the computer and rang us up with zero problems so I’m not sure why the Morton ranch location is so incapable or felt the need to be so rude. I’m not sure how this location is still in business. If you have dietary restrictions don’t even bother. I will not be returning to this location and would recommend literally any other jack in the box location (if you must) over this one.
