The cashier was nice, but the cook needs more training. I only ordered two items and both were not good. The poor cashier had to park every car and said they were busy but it was only 3 cars in the drive-thru and 1 person inside. My wedges had ranch after I asked for “no ranch specifically”. They remade them and the second ones had no bacon. The two tacos I ordered were stale, the cashier looked upset and I understand it wasn’t the cashier’s fault. I know finding staff is hard. I worked in the food service industry for almost 15 years. Order took longer than necessary. Come to find out it was done all along. They asked us to pull around to bring it out. After another 15 minutes, my wife got fed up and went inside to see what the deal was. They gave my sandwich to a door dash delivery guy and joked about it. There apparently was not a manager because the amount of cursing the two employees were spewing out was ridiculous. Buns were burnt, half the food was cold due to sitting in the window for so long while waiting for a new sandwich to be made.

I have been here for several years, and for the past year they have never gotten my order right. I went this JITB for the first time recently. I think it was around 9-10pm and was instantly disappointed. I asked for multiple items on the menu and they told me they weren’t serving any of them at that time. (Asked for all of the classics tacos, egg rolls, poppers and even a shake……they had none.)
