I’ve visited this location off and on for a couple of years and the service has never been worth a review… at least not a positive one. On my last visit, however, there appeared to be some staffing changes that were much needed and very much appreciated. The young man who took my order was professional and attentive. My meal was hot, fresh and finally accurate at this location. And although the car in front of me took a great deal of time to be served, when I arrived at the window I was promptly greeted with a smile and an apology for my wait. I’ll definitely be back.

The male clerk kept asking for my order at the drive thru. When I gave my order, he told me to hold. This went on for 4 tries. He left the speaker on as he told another clerk “I don’t know what the F@#k he wants”. Another woman gets on the speaker to get my order. I told her that was not acceptable. She only said pull forward. No apology from either. I wanted to leave but was trapped in line. When I got to the window, I decided to just drive away. Shame on you. Not my 1st issue here.
