Came here 3 weeks ago and they said they had no tacos. Decided to test out my luck today and they said no tacos when I ordered again. I decided to pull up to the window anyway and ask why there were no tacos but the lady had the audacity to say that she never said there were no tacos. After 15 minutes of waiting by the door, she finally brought them out but had the ugliest attitude for no reason. Never bringing service to this fast food place again. There are definitely better options in Crosby. Avoid coming here if possible. Even then, the tacos came out looking uncooked. This is a worker problem. Find better workers.

Will not ever come here again, took 15 minutes in a dead drive thru and another 20 minutes waiting in the front to get my food. I think I feel bad for the drive thru girl but I am not sure. She was very hard to understand like maybe she had some issues and wasn’t the best person for the window. I could be wrong but that’s how it seemed. There was literally 3 customers the entire time I was there and they had workers just sitting around on their phones. Worst experience in fast food I’ve had in a very long time. The 2 sandwiches i got tasted like they had been made earlier and just given to me when someone felt like getting up.

I went here with my daughter about 10 pm one night. After trying to order at the speaker unsuccessful we drove to the window where a very twitchy man took our order. After taking out order we were pulled up to the front. After waiting for 45 minutes (really 45 minutes) we received our food. After getting home we realized every single thing has something wrong with it. The bacon Swiss burger had crunchy cheese and undercooked bacon, the tacos were soggy on the bottom and stale on the top and the jalapeno poppers were undercooked and the cheese was curdled somehow. There were 3 people there but from what the man said he was the only one doing anything. There were 2 girls in the back but they seemed to just be chatting it up. The whole experience made me think less of jack in the box as a whole. Do better.

Went through the drive through to get 12 tacos without Hot Sauce on them for my daughter. Had to repeat the order 3 times with instructions to NOT ADD hot sauce. Got my food after having to pull around and wait and it was wrong. They had put HOT SAUCE on the tacos after telling them 3 different times not to. I went back inside and the woman at the counter Said (Sir, we don’t have HOT SAUCE we are out). I then showed her the taco and there was HOT SAUCE all over it. And she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and I then got the correct tacos. While waiting for the order to come out correct there was a huge container in the dining room full of HOT SAUCE. Interesting how they lied to me. Also, the dining room under the drink machine had a poodle of water laying under it as well in the corner under one of the tables has a bad poodle of water. Would NOT GO BACK to this Jack in the Box. Management needs to clean up the place.
