There was only one person in front of me & I work less than 5mins so it was convenient for me. I asked for no Mayo, ketchup and red sauce packet. As you can see on the picture they added Mayo then they didn’t give me any sauce but I had already drove off so I went inside and spoke to the manager, I mentioned they didn’t give me the sauce I requested she said “Well, it’s 25 cents” I said it’s fine I don’t mind paying but no one said anything in the drive thru and I didn’t bring down my purse. Then she repeated herself “It’s 25 cents for the sauce” I said okay so you want me to go back to my truck, grab my bag and pay you after I was already in the drive thru and you didn’t tell me about it?? She rolled her eyes & then gave me the sauce, then I asked for ketchup and she points the the lobby and says “It’s over there.” This is your manager!? Smh.. I rather drive across the street than deal with a bad attitude.

This place is absolutely horrible!!! The morning shift around 8am are great… They are very professional, clean, and have great customer service… The night kids crew that are there after 9-10 pm all need to be fired… They are the worst employees I’ve ever encountered… On their phones while at the window taking and making orders… They always close 30 minutes to an hour before they are supposed to… They’re a bunch of lazy, disgusting, kids that could care less about their jobs or the customers that come to spend their hard earned money… They all need to be fired and replaced… I now drive all the way down to the Center St. and Spencer location because this place is run down, filthy and overall just a huge joke… Upper management needs to pull together and start holding employees accountable… Clean this place up as I will also be reporting it to the health department for review!!!

The service at this location was great. The cashier was super happy and friendly. I gave 3 stars because the burger was trash. I ordered the new havarti and grilled onion ribeye burger without the red wine sauce and added bacon. The burger was super duper dry like cardboard, however, they did give me loads of bacon. So I was happy about that. Maybe the wine sauce is what makes it most idk but it was not good at all.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and you don’t want to work, but at least give people respect. I ordered a number 22 and a four piece chicken tenders. Both meals. And an extra curly fry. What happened first, we pulled up to the window, a very white complexed woman took my card and charged me. She gave us one bag, it was only the curly fries. Then she walked away for about 5 minutes. Mind you, I’m watching all of them. I didn’t receive my card back, so I’m waiting. I’m watching her over fill our drinks and then touching all over the lid with her bare hands trying to clean it up. She hands me the drink and I ask her for my card, she didn’t give me my receipt. Then I asked her nicely where the rest of my food was and she gave me attitude stating she gave it to me. I tried to keep my composure because I work in customer service as well.she goes back waiting for the rest of the food and is eating while she’s touching our food, licking her fingers and all. Next she hands me the bag and it’s not the right food, I’m getting a little irritated because I keep telling her what we ordered, and she seems like she is confused or on something because she is telling me the same thing over and over again. Next, she gets this other girl, dark complexion and she opens the window to talk to me, she starts talking and I start talking back and she immediately said “I’m not talking to you” with an attitude. So in my head, I’m like why did you open the window then. Well they had gave us wrong items, which was two chicken sandwiches. We had already opened them to see if they were my sandwiches maybe wrapped in the wrong paper… they take them back and give them to someone else!!! At the end of it, they were very unprofessional and very very disrespectful. When I was trying to be nice the whole time. Then when she finally gave me my number 22, it didn’t have the hash browns either. I was so fed up, I didn’t ask for it. But I asked what their complaint number was. I said “do you happen to know the complaint number, I don’t like the way y’all have treated us” and she says “uhm no” with a very strong attitude and closes the window on me.
