The crew at this store is easily the BEST crew I’ve seen in any Jack in the Box ever. Last Sunday (2/26/2023) I had put in a online order for my lunch however when i pulled up to the restaurant I was told that the fryers were not working. This was not a big issue for me as i was able to order something else and go on my way. The lady working the drive thru informed me that I would need to file online for a refund on my original purchase, which i did with no problem. Well two days later I received a call from the store manager to work out a solution, which i was pleasantly surprised by as most restaurants would rather argue the issue. I ended up agreeing to a meal compensation that saved me today as i had not brought anything for my lunch at work.

I wish I could give a zero. I’ve never left a review anywhere but I felt compelled. I just placed an order for delivery with GrubHub. We threw most of our food away. My chicken sandwich, I questioned at first why there was a cookie on the bun that is how solid the chicken patty was, like a darn hockey puck! The fries, threw away, my toddler son also asked to throw his food away. My husband threw his hockey puck of a burger away. The curly fries? Where? You mean fries all shaped like C’s that were crunchy as all get out, could have played the drums with them with how hard they were. The only edible thing were the egg rolls. If I knew I’d be spending $42 to just have edible egg rolls I would have just spent that and ordered fantastic egg rolls elsewhere. Will never, ever, eat at a Jack in the Box again.
