Stopped in this Vance Jackson location a few weeks ago while visiting my brother. I live in Alabama but I used to really like Jack in the Box in the 90s when I lived in Texas. I ordered a Sourdough Jack in the drive-thru and couldn’t believe what I got. It was the worst looking hamburger ever and did not resemble a Sour Dough Jack at all. I went into the store and asked the manager and all employees if they felt like I had received a $7 burger. They shook their head no and yet the manager said there was nothing he could do. I sent a direct message to their facebook account and somebody told me to fill out the online comment form. I’m not interested in chasing this around so I’ll just post here to show you what you will get with Jack in the Box in 2022. See photos below of what it should be and what I received. I should’ve gone to the Whataburger across the street.
