I was very disappointed on my recent visit. As usual this location is very busy during 5 pm takeout. I was ask to park up front and they would bring my order to me. The four spots up front were full so I park in nearest parking spot about 10 feet away. After 20 min I noticed cars who placed there order after me were receiving there’s. So I went inside to inquire about my order. The lady I spoke to went to the manager(who was making presets) and said “ the lady who left without her order is here to pick it up”. I told her and the manager that I did not leave and was parked in the park lot were other customers were also waiting for their orders. They remade my food, since they had used it to fill other orders. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said “ She has her food what more does she want.”

Quite positive this is the worst Jack in the box location in all of San Antonio. Half the time no one answers the speaker even though they claim to be 24 hrs, the other half of the time youre lucky to get what you order either cause theyre supposedly out of product or the person taking your order hates their job so much they rush you through the order taking process. take your chances ONLY IF YOURE IN DESPERATE NEED. I went early this morning thru drive thru about close to 4 a.m. And I was so surprised how well the drive thru employee had such great customer service . Cuz honestly at other places about that hour , I would get rude customer service . Either they are out of food or there computers are down or they just won’t answer the drive thru bell . But Mikela I think I got her name right ,my apologies if I didn’t she had red hair was so polite greeted me and my kids with a smile very great customer service . I’ve worked for this jack in the box back in the 90’s as a shift leader and I have over 25 years experience in CSR in different fields, and once I see great customer service as she gave it. I need to kudos her and give her recognition . Not only that my food came out hot and fresh just made to order . Thank you once again . Keep up the good work . Have gotten my order wrong multiple times, poorly made food, not just this location every Jack in the box. Don’t understand how they’re able to afford keeping this place open 24 hours. However I will keep coming because it’s close by and cheap and don’t care if I ingest food that’s probably been in the floor or spit on.
