Honestly I’m not the type of person to complain I personally know what it is working on the fast food industry. Talking about since I was 14 yrs old worked at fast food till 23 yrs old. I know it can be hectic sometimes, but honestly there were 2 things that I noticed it wasn’t alright at all the first one the soda those nozzles of the coke matchine have to be clean every day, Coke tasted bad honestly. Second thing the way the food was handed to us waiting about 40 min for the order and the way the employee handed the food was like tossing the order through the window of my vehicle turned around and left real quick! It came with no spoon, forks, napkins. Really unprofessional service. Over all the Food taste was good!

Bad customer service kept putting me on hold didn’t give me my order or refund . She stated I don’t know what you want me to do I’m here alone so I asked can I order something and you deduct the difference kept stating I don’t know my manager isn’t here come tomorrow or go else where I don’t know . That’s something you need to figure out . Like how rude I’ve been bothe manager and worker and I know better then to tell a client I don’t know I’ll try to find solutions .

No one was answering at the drive thru, after waiting a good while. I thought maybe the machine wasn’t working. So as I drove up to the window someone answered but it was too late to reverse because of the line behind. I ordered at the window and it was quick but the tacos tasted really weird. Which makes me think they had the tacos there a while and they weren’t fresh.

Walked in to a somewhat dirty, small restroom and the staff looked MISERABLE. I hope they’re treated better, they have my sympathy and empathy. The look of both of these alone stopped me from ordering as the poor old woman working the deep fryer probably wasn’t going to do much else than slap my food together, thanks to burn out. Don’t go here.

Went to the drive thru and they took so long just to take my order, then when I get my order I checked getting to my house and I was missing half my order. So I decided to go back. So I go again and they do the same thing! For the 2nd time. I asked for a refund! Never again I’ll be going to that jack in the box.

Although I had negative food experiences with this location in the past, I was amazed at how good the food came out this time around. The food was fresh, the appropriate sauces and utensils were provided, and the best part was that my chiken teriyaki bowl was perfect – right amount of rice, veggies and chicken, perfectly dispersed as is advertised. Every time I order a bowl from any location, there is maybe 2-3oz of chicken, very few pieces of veggies, and waayy too much rice, the flavor can’t even be mixed in correctly. So kuddos for what I think was the best most satisfying bowl I’ve ever had from Jack in the Box.
