My family & I came down to South Padre Island for a few days & if there is one thing my family loves, it’s jack in the box. This specific restaurant in Port Isabel was a 10/10. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, & most of all; the service was outstanding. Extra 10 points because Twilight Breaking Dawn was playing on the tv. Keep doing a great job!

No waiting in line. Ordered sourdough burger with curly fries. Someone (manager?)came over to clean a table. All the while he was loudly berating the employees for the dirty table. There were 3 employees eating their meals. My burger meat was cold, the sourdough was warm. The curly fries weren’t curly, because they were all only about an inch long.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Jack in the Box. I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes with just one vehicle in front of me. It’s unacceptable to experience such a long wait time for a single order. The lack of efficiency and customer service at this location is appalling. I would strongly advise avoiding this particular Jack in the Box if you value your time and expect prompt service.

The worse branch ever. I live in the island and i was so happy they are opening close by. But i tried this branch 4 times and tonight was the worse of the worse. Old fries. Old chicken. My son , my wife ,and i couldnt even eat the food. . We dumped it in the trash front of the manager.

Been pretty excited waiting for a new food place here. Got a 10pc nuggets today. There were only 8 nuggets? How do you miss that? The sandwich are so small. The fries are meh at best. The eggrolls are the only thing i actually enjoyed. Guess I’ll stick to whataburger.

New store. Food is good. Staff is very friendly. Ceiling construction was not though through. Lots of condensation drips from the air ducts and air vents, causing slip hazards everywhere.

I had 4 toes working at the Port Isabel Pizza Hut. I was exited when me my dad and sister and some coworkers heard about this. Then today some MIRACLE HAPPENED. My little piggies has been restored! So I was wondering what had caused this and I opened Facebook and saw a post saying, “Jack in the box open” I got even more exited and I grew an extra 2 toes on each foot. 10/10!!!

5/7/2023, 11am. I waited 30 minutes for my food to go, and the Dr. Pepper was flat. Waited forever and was disappointed when it arrived. I’ve never had a bad experience at jack n the box until now.
