Just got the 2 tacos. Both soggy… no crunch and can tell the oil was old as hell when they were made. Then they never ever answer their dang phones. Every single time. There is no quality in the food and then they have made the food smaller and more expensive. The good is not that great. Im done with this place. Keep my 2 bucks. You lost a customer forever because every single time I go it is one thing or another. No cheese in my bombers, a lick of cheese on my wedges and they charge so they can give you the amount that it should have. Some of the servers have a look on their faces like they hate their job. Quiznos should have stuck around. This place has no quality anymore.

I’ve never got this type of customer service before at any restaurant. I wanted to dine in and I was in line for 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged. The employee there kept passing by us constantly and never even looked at us. I asked the employee if she was ever going to take my order and she just said “I’m the only one here” and walked away to attend drive thru. If they weren’t going to attend anybody through dine in, they should have just closed dine in and post a note to go to drive thru.
