I am handicapped.. I pulled up to eat inside, but was unable to park close to the doors because because the employees all parked at the entrance. When I when I brought it to the manager’s attention they joked and laughed about it, it turns out that they were all 3 the employees cars…. And did not even bother to go move them so I could park there.. I wanted to dine in but I wound up sitting in my car because I was so irritated to eat my food. I went back in to order some dessert dessert and one of the workers asked me why I was taking pictures of her taking pictures of her car. It made no difference if I reported this to the manager because the manager was The problem, as he was one othe the car owners.

This is the worst location I’ve been to and the owner is not doing anything about it. Your employees are lazy and getting paid to do nothing. I have worked fast food and could not imagine serving the disgusting food that is served here. I see that the owner consistently replies to negative reviews and calls the experiences unacceptable but see NO CHANGE. Every time I have been here, the food is greasy, the service is full of attitude, and the employees are consistently doing nothing. There is a pattern and something needs to be done or this location needs to be shut down. I have had much better experiences at other locations and urge everybody to not eat here. Service is lazy and food is gross. The food has made me sick to my stomach before and it’s absolutely unacceptable. There is a pattern regarding the employee behavior in all the reviews and there is no action

Ordered through the drive thru just a couple of tacos and a soda. Sat in line over ten minutes, being only the second car in line. They handed the front car a milkshake, and then it was just waiting. I understand that sometimes it takes a minute, but have them pull around, hand me my tacos, and keep it movin’. I was on a lunch break and used 1/2 gettin’ there, orderin’ and waitin’ in line. I pulled off and went hungry. Jack and the Box and T.Bell have dramatically fallen off. Pay your employees so we get better service.

So I arrive at 2am along with a line of cars behind me. At 3am I get to the speaker and rudely informed they arent taking anymore orders because they need to prep for breakfast! Are you kidding? Open 24 hours but stop taking orders. The person through the speaker said “were only doing what were told and that i can just leave them a bad review then talk to the manger when he gets in. Really? Wow!

Ordered 20 tacos and a coke. They asked me to pull around to the front and wait. After about 15 minutes of watching other customers get their food through the drive through and other customers inside the restaurant leave due to not being helped, I went inside to find an empty restaurant and two young employee just hanging out and talking. I asked them about my order, and it was sitting right there on the counter getting cold. When they handed me the bag, I told them that I had also ordered a Coke. They went to go get it and then said “want to taste it to make sure it’s Coke?” They weren’t even sure what they put in a cup. I took it, got back on the car, and drove away. About five minutes later, I realized there were only about 12 tacos in the bag and no receipt to prove that I had actually paid for 20. I’m pretty sure all of the employees were high as none could function faster than a snail. Never going back to this location.

We went to this location at 12:30am. It clearly states open 24 hours. There were people inside and lights on. We get up to the drive thru and the girl says “sorry, we currently are not taking any orders”. Apparently they were “counting the register” and had zero desire to help customers. They turned other customers away as well. Not really sure this is good for business. Not happy.

Came through the drive-thru around 10:10pm on 5-16-23 and tried ordering but was told “Sorry we’re accepting any orders right now.” I then pulled into Sonic right next door and watched them start accepting other people’s orders? Why do they randomly shut down the drive through?

We decided to stop for dinner because it had been a crazy day and wanted an easy dinner…..everyone’s order was correct so thanks for that…however I order a spicy chicken an went to take a bite and damn near broke a tooth. This sandwich is so hard I could barely get a knife thru it .and unfortunately this is t the 1st time.

Not impressed at the service was there at five in the morning and they stated if you didn’t have a dash or they weren’t doing any orders till 6 AM that needs to be specified.
