one employee on the overnight shift is rude. messed up my friends order. then when asked to remake it the right way, she said sure and then came out and handed the new bag to my friend and said “you’re welcome” in a snarky tone. also she took her shirt off and all of the employees came outside to smoke cigarettes next to us. honestly for a 24 hr drive thru location, the employees are really bringing up business by the things i have listed above.

Beautiful new Jack In the Box where I can get my favorite tacos and Spicy chicken sandwich. The crew is still new but doing a great job with friendly service. They weren’t super fast in the drive thru but it wasn’t a long wait. Definitely worth it because the food, especially my fries, my fresh and hot. I also ate inside on another visit and love the dining room decor. The front cashier was cleaning tables and asked me how my meal was. She even offered to refill my drink for me. Great job by all and I’ll definitely be back soon for another great meal.

It being at 1am no cars in line I’d think the food was going to at least made to order. I ordered your Jack pack, Jr jumbo Jack. It was drive thru so on I went. First the burger it felt like bit into card board tasteless and hard to chew. I threw it back in the bag. Then the curly fries, I know it’s a small but when all you get are bits and pieces that don’t even fill up the small bag nothing curly about it. Put that back in the bag. I went for the taco, JIB in famous for their tacos but this taco was drenched in sauce and stuck to the sleeve couldn’t get it out by this time I was extremely disappointed and was hesitant to buy at JIB. The drink Coke Zero tasted like some kind of cleaner. I wasn’t going back but stopped at Whataburger which is about a mile down ordered a combo from there and it was the totally the opposite. Staff friendly, food was tasty and fresh plus I wasn’t ripped off on my fries. So just a heads up, this is the very last time I spend my money at your location no matter where you are.

Terrible service. The employees during late night shifts are very very rude. I was handed my food and the lady at the window wasn’t even looking at me while handing me my food. She was short, dry and snappy. Not to mention the quality of my food was inferior. I did not receive the correct amount of food. My food was made incorrectly. I am gravely disappointed. I can’t even call this store back because there is no number posted online. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ever since this place opened up it’s been nothing but problems (not to mention the employees saying my car was stinking up their store)

The store is brand new and pretty clean inside. The service, however, is like the lord of the flies meets valley girl. The girls were on their phones and taking food out to their friends. The drive thru was so busy, but there was no sense of urgency except for the shorter boy. He was moving like he was at work. The tall boy was also busy except when distracted by the female worker when she showed him something on her phone… the girls acted like they were playing fast workers in a teenage soap opera. At least there’s something to watch while you wait too long for your food 🙂

i went here to get the dbacks special and was treated extremely well, Lizzy took my order and made my whole day, i cannot thank her enough! Chirstian was super respectful & took the time to answer questions i had because i’ve never been to jack in the box before, the whole staff works really well together & the food was amazing!

On Monday morning I went here to get breakfast and sit in the drive thur for almost 10 mins. No one said anything or asked for me order. Then I see a lady behind the counter inside waving her arms signaling and shaking her head no. So I just left. Went back this morning and ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger no Mustard or Ketchup. Get to the window and she asked if I ordered a Ultimate Cheese Burger with no Mustard. I said but also no Ketchup and with Bacon. So she corrected it and I paid. Then the lady in the back put my food on the counter. So I asked the girl that helped me if it had bacon on it. She didn’t check but said yes. Then when I go to eat my Burger there is no Bacon. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this Jack In Box. Im almost ready to never go back. Or maybe never stop at 430am on my way to work ever again.
