Absolutely horrible…the lady running the window was rude and snappy… I asked if I could substitute the sausage and bacon on the loaded sourdough for more ham and I ended up getting charged for more ham. I also ordered a large dr. Pepper with no ice… once at the window I try to explain what I was asking and she tells me yeah I charged for extra ham. Closes the window and comes back handing me my food and tells me have a great day never haven given me my drink. My Horror Story

Usually i would not have given this place a 5 star rating HOWEVER early this morning we received EXCEPTIONAL service from a man that works here! I believe hes a manager but im not sure & unfortunately i did not get his name but he was great & truly made our day! Recently this locations ice cream machine has supposedly been down at night/early morning habitually. Like come on this isnt McDonald’s way to set yourselves aside from them but anyways when we said something about the ice cream machine being down rather excessively these past few months he went literally above & beyond to make things right!! I really regret not getting this mans name because we would love to give him the recognition that he deserves. This location is lucky to employ him because ive gotta say he has given me the best service from any fast food employee that ive ever met in my life! Great job!!!
