The wait was very long for someone to come to the speaker then he told me to wait. Took my order no one in the restaurant and I was the only car in the drive thru. Waited at the window for the guy to take my payment. Got the food and no sauce on the chicken sandwich and the chicken is over cooked and dry. I love Jack in the box but this location is awful. Their tacos swim in grease and there’s always a long wait. Last three times I ordered their teriyaki bowl I was disappointed. First two times I got teriyaki soup, so I order with sauce on the side the following time. I get 4 pieces of broccoli. Then this last time I got what looked to be a winner. Moved my chicken to find mushy burnt broccoli Better to go to a different location.

Who ever was working the drive thru speaker today at 345 has the worst most horrible customer service. If you don’t want to work and you’re that unhappy while at work you need to look for new work. I sat at the speaker for about 60 seconds before I heard, “Yeah, what?” come over the speaker. No “Hello, how you doing?” or “Thank you for choosing Jack in the Box”…. I was literally greeted by this employee saying “yeah, what?”. That’s all I needed to hear to know these employees should not be trusted to clean the restrooms let alone handle anyone’s food.
