Buyer beware. The prices you see on the drive thru menu aren’t the actual prices. They are higher. Board said teriyaki bowl 7.99. It’s actually over 9. Something is wrong with that, was going to get myself a meal but I didn’t know the price so I didn’t. That’s loss of revenue good job! Hope you get shut down for your antics and people see the prices changes or notice because the employees won’t tell you.. How many people you ripping off because you can’t seem to change the prices on the board?

this is the worst jack in the box I’ve been to everything wasnt functioning right or was broken went to drive thru first but there debit card reader wasnt working. so then went inside to order employees seem like zombies no enteraction, went to get soda ice machine falls apart whole tray comes out so no ice with soda i was so disappointed this place wasnt clean either trash everywhere, this place needs to new everything employees machines,etc.

Went to Burger King on Ocotillo and Gilbert. Horrible! All the buns were burnt and the sandwiches were terrible. This Jack in the BOX has always been good. JACKS SPICY CHICKEN ALWAYS A TREAT FOR FAST FOOD. LOVE

Let me start by saying as a blank woman I am so upset I have to make this review. I never leave negative reviews unless it is something that is just uncalled for. I came in today to grab dinner in between my work schedule. I placed my order in the drive thru, they asked me to park in the front since it was a big order over $50. No big deal. I get my food and check it and it’s missing my 2 variety boxes she instead gave me mozzarella sticks. So they apologize and go and tell the young back woman that makes the food that she was supposed to make variety boxes. So, I see her look back at the order, grab a box and throw the stuff in and set it to the side. I tell the very nice young man that I ordered 2 just so she doesn’t have to stop what she is doing to make another and he says yes she knows she will make it for you. So I am like ok maybe she is waiting for something to cook? So I wait and he brings an order out, comes back and tells her, that I ordered 2 not just one because she still hadn’t made it and her response was “well just split it” and he looks at her like wait what? She said again “just split it I put a lot in the box and she already got mozzarella sticks so just split it” and grabs another box and tries to split the one order into 2! The boy says no and has her add to the box and she gets an attitude and walks away. That was after yelling “Oh my god” when they first told her to make it! The attitude and her over all mannerisms like she was mad that I asked for my correct order was mind blowing! I was beyond nice and patient it wasn’t a big deal at all but I was so upset at how rude she was and I was standing right there!!! Like why? What for? I am so disappointed and frustrated because we have a hard enough time with society already thinking we all act like angry black women or Shanaenae!! So to have an attitude like that because someone is asking for the right order? It just bothered me!

we went to the drive-through at this location and the guy that was working there was very rude and then when we came up to the window, he was still being rude and giving us ugly faces and then he said pull up to the front, but we were the only customers there and took 30 minutes with your order. never going back!

It was ordinary day as I ventured to Jack in the Box. I am not a regular here, but looking for a change of pace, I found myself in their drive through. As I ordered a shake, they asked “with a cherry?”. I love cherries on my shakes. Ecstatically, I said “Make it two!” Upon receiving my order I saw that there was three! Every fast food chain across the globe should aspire to have a staff who is so attuned to costumer experience and satisfaction. Additionally, we were asked if we wanted sauces with our food, and as I peered into the bag I found that we had received two sauce packets per sauce we requested, and being two people in the vehicle it was the perfect amount. The service was swift, considerate, and amicable, and I shall soon find myself in this drive through once again.

Ordered online using the app and sent daughter to pick up. I had ordered the 4 piece crispy chicken strip combo meal. Opened the box and to my surprise there were 4 egg rolls instead. We also ordered an extra medium order of fries that was not included. The food that we got was good, but it would have been better if we got what we ordered.
