I’ve had numerous run ins with Miguel late at night and I have never met a more rude and disrespectful fast food employee in my life. One time, he forgot to give me a water I ordered and when I came back to get it he said I need to “get educated!” Last night, my girlfriend and I stopped by to get some food and besides being completely rude while we were trying to order, he proceeded to yell/curse at us when driving away from the drive thru window. It’s crazy that someone like this has been working there for a long as he has. The food is usually good too, but I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on..

I have come over the past few years, typically late at night and it has always been the same, rude, disrespectful guy. Tonight we ordered a few items and did not give us 3 of them. We called them just so it would be ready when we drove back over and they did not answer. Instead, they would pick up and let the phone sit in silence. I understand it’s late at night, but do not work night shifts if you don’t like them. For now on I’ll drive to a further location.

No complains. Our experience has been good in this location. No rudeness, always friendly and accommodating. Everytime we go as dine in or through drive thru has been good. We always check our orders before we leave and make sure they dont forget anything and they never miss so far. We like that they also accept two different coupons per order, some food chain are very picky and only allow one. As for food, I love their tiny tacos.

This morning was the worst customer service I have ever received. Miguel was working the window and he has no customer service skills. I was never greeted at the speaker nor the window. After I ordered a #28 there was silence. I said hello and got a response of “yes 28 anything else?!” Told him the drink his response was “what else” when I told him that’s all, he raid “okay window”. Didn’t say hello or offer condiments. The only word he said to me at the window was my total. I was never even offered my receipt

I would literally give ZERO stars if possible. The person taking the drive through order is SUPER rude, always. We’ve had him multiple times and very unprofessional! Tonight, he and the cook were arguing visibly through the drive through window after we ordered. We were waiting for about 10 minutes for them to take our card to pay for the order. They NEVER stopped arguing audibly. The car behind us even left without getting their order.

Usually they are ok, they messed up my order I order 21 which is the ultimate croissan’wich. But I got the ordinary jumbo Jack.. tried calling them but no answer. And they usually don’t give your receipt you have to ask up front. Included the coffee lid always spills over. They need to fix that issue. Plus they need to go to a different coffee brand. Make the coffee larger too. Please include a better desserts. You guys are always open. Better your line up on the coffee side at least.

Their soda machine is an abomination. It does not even matter which drink you choose to get, they all come out tasting like the same Frankenstein of a drink. It is truly terrible. The lines probably never get cleaned and have likely been used for multiple different syrups. Coke should be ashamed for letting a company disgrace their drinks like this.
