This location has let us down repeatedly. We have never had a good experience here. Despite there being a sign indicating that they’re open for 24 hours, the commonly close around 9 or 10. They lock their lobby and put a cone in the drive through. I once placed an online order to which I could not get to because of the aforementioned blockages. The management and workers are easily equal in laziness and often just shake their heads at you when you try to enter their lobby (well before closing time). They don’t talk in the drive through, leaving an tumourous line to be served. I have managed to write this review whilst waiting in the drive through if you would like a benchmark as to what you should expect. -took around 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order

Stop here for breakfast a lot, the service is always fast and the guy in the drive thru most mornings is so friendly. My order came out wrong today and he promptly fixed it and remade it for me. Will keep coming back!!

BE WARNED! you will not get what you ordered. Ever. I am okay with that to a point, its Jack in the Box. Circling around to the front to have my order fixed is routine here, that’s okay. What gets me is when I don’t get what I order, I am told I am wrong, then told I ordered wrong. I place all my orders through the app dude, I have a copy of the order, I’m sure you did all this by hand but it doesn’t make it correct. Over the past 3 months I’ve been shorted a soda, 2 curly fires, 2 kids drinks, did upgrade my kids fries, gave me a 5 piece nugget when I ordered a kids meal and did give me salad dressing. Oh and the dressing is a different monster. Called to ask and they started to explain how their system works. I don’t work their, I wont be sorry for an error in their system. I don’t need attitude, I don’t need you thinking you got the order right, I need you to check from your end. If your system is wacky, I need you to ask what dressing. This is ridiculously long but I figured I should give it the same effort it would take to drive back and get my order corrected … AGAIN!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The manager caused and threw my meal at me and when I asked for my money back he threw the money at me when I asked where the four tacos were he started yelling and using words. I will never go back

I had to wait for 4 minutes before someone helped me. There was one other person in the lobby they were in the back, dropping the f bomb, and took a long time to get my food. I had to peak around the corner to see what was going on, and one of the guys saw and grabbed an egg roll out of the freezer with no gloves and tossed it into the fryer

It took us 10 minutes to place an order. There was maybe 2 other people in the restaurant. We then wanted to place an order after our first order there was no one else in there. The cashier informed us that they were too busy to take our order. Mind you no one else came in. There was 4 people working. Bad service and experience.

I have gone to this store multiple times. Service is pretty good, food is what you would expect from Jack in the Box, and I have overall had a pretty good experience at this store for a while. My only problem is there has been a few times now that I have come in around 9:30-10 and they had the drive through coned off and the lobby locked while the employees were eating in the lobby. We knocked to try and ask if they would be taking orders again soon but they wouldn’t acknowledge us.

Higley jack BY FAR has the meatiest tacos. Who ever is doing the hiring takes their time, these are quality employees. Always a smile at the window, and effort in making sure it’s all served well. I drive an extra mile out of the way for this location.
