I went to Jack In the Box tonight. They had a new cashier that just started. The guy training with his was annoyed. I ordered Jalapeno Poppers and they said they were out. I said no problem I will get the Spicy Nacho Munchie Meal. I have had it in California. I guess I must have annoyed them or something. I got the sandwich with 4 jalapeno slices and just the tiniest squirt of nacho cheese. The bread wasn’t toasted. The fries were cold so I had to go home and pull out the air frier.

This is the only fast food in Wellton which is the only reason I go here. I have literally sat 30 minutes in drive through waiting on food, was given a jumbo Jack with no burger in it, been charged for what I ordered but received completely different food items, not to mention the many many times they’ve forgotten sauce or that I wanted my burger plain etc. This place is a joke.

I was in a u-haul truck unable to use the drive-thru service, so I had to go inside. Upon waiting to be helped, I had three employees tell me I’ll be right there. 15 minutes later, still no service. However, the drive-thru was pumping along. There was a line forming behind me until they got tired of waiting, and they left. We asked the drive-thru cashier while she was waiting for her order to be completed if she could take our order because we were unable to fit in the drive-thru due to the u-haul truck. She informed us we would have to wait. We told her it had been 20 minutes by then waiting how much longer do we have to wait? She just ignored us. Terrible service by far, even by today’s lack of employees standards.

If you can avoid this place, do it, because they dont even try. I ordered some popcorn chicken and large fries through the drive thru and o recieved some cold popcorn chicken and “large” fries which probably had what a medium has. The worst part was the manager who was very rude when i tried to tell him about the food. I just decided to leave the food there and walked out. I have had similar experiences with Jack in Box located near a highway. The employees just dont care and think people wont come back since they are passing through.
