Horrible place. We were in line for 30 minutes. When I finally got my food, they had added ingredients that I specifically asked to exclude. I repeated the order twice, just in case. I couldn’t get in the dining area since it was past 10, the car line was long. I didn’t even get a receipt. This has never happened in any Jack restaurant that I’ve gone to. If I remember correctly, restaurants are required to give you a receipt of your purchase.

Today Daniel and his crew have failed me yet again. I don’t like writing reviews but I feel the need to write it this time. I originally ordered a curly burger meal through the drive thru and I didn’t check the bag which I should have but once I got home I saw it was a breakfast Jack so I went back. I told them the issue and told them my original meal and they took about 15-20 min to get it to me. Once I got home I noticed it wasn’t the right meal. I know I should’ve checked the bag before leaving but I believed them knowing they screwed up once they wouldn’t do it again but they did. This is truly unbelievable.
